Do you want the founder of Giali Lashes Amanda to come out and see your salon and train your staff and give them all the tips and tricks they need to boost your salon’s reputation and improve clientele. This 1 day salon visit/training will leave you and your staff feeling confident in their application and boost your salons potential in multiple ways. Use this time to ask any questions you would like to know and anything you feel your salon and staff need guidance in. Let Amanda teach you what she has learnt in her 12 years of being in the lash industry. 

Amanda will show you how to build your social media, Amanda has built her Instagram to a following of over 80k and will tell you how she did it. You will also learn how to take photos and edit your images to showcase your work in a professional manner. This is your chance to get Amanda to check your staffs work and pick her brain for tips and tricks to help grow your business.

Amanda will also assess your salon, give you advice and tips on how to boost retail sales and look for areas you can improve within your salon, whether it be aesthetically or financially, Amanda will do her best to help improve your salon in all aspects not just lash training.

It is recommended that your staff each have a model to complete a full set under Amanda’s watch so she can guide them and correct any application issues to ensure your staff are in the right direction. 

Amanda will spend time with up to 3 staff members in one salon visit/training session while they lash their models and give them guidance on everything they need assistance with.

Amanda will be able to visit your salon between 10am-4pm (6hrs) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.  
A weekend visit can be arranged for an additional fee of $250

Amanda will travel 120km from Greenvale, Victoria 3059, anything above that will incur an additional fee for travel of $100 per 50km after 120km.

Interstate salon visits are covered in this fee, but you will be required to cover the cost of flights to and from Melbourne for Amanda. 

You will be required to ensure you have lash supplies and resources for your staff to complete full sets on their lash models.

HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DOES AMANDA HAVE AS A LASH ARTIST?

Amanda has over 11 years of lash artistry experience. She is passionate about all things lash and wants her students to succeed. She is a certified International Lash Masters Educator and lash judge. She has also been a lash supplier for almost 3 years.

Do I need any beauty or lash experience to do the Giali Lashes course? Our lash extension courses do not require any previous qualifications or experience in lash extensions for you to start your lash training. At the end of your lash training course with Giali Lashes , you will be a fully qualified Eyelash Extension Technician. You could be qualified to apply lash extensions within just 1-3 days. Our courses break down each key component and thoroughly explain each topic. We do recommend that you practice at home in your own time for as long as possible until you are confident to take on clients.

Should I complete a classic course prior to doing volume even if I don't want to do classic lashes?
In order to complete a lash course in volume lash extensions, we recommend completing a Classic lash extension course prior, or already have a Classic Lash Extension Certificate prior to starting a volume lash extension course. A classic lash course will set your foundation. The volume course is more advanced and reflects techniques you should know before beginning a volume lash course.

HOW MANY VIDEO TUTORIALS ARE THERE?

Unlike other lash academies, we have had our videos professionally filmed by the talented Ellena Louise Films, who has also worked for (Mollini, Diana Ferrari and Prene Bags to name a few), which will allow you to see what has been done in each video in detail. There are over 25 video tutorials, and videos will be added at no extra cost to you if and when we film more educational content.

WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE?

Once you have completed our online course, your certificate will be emailed when doing our online lash course. Private 1:1 training and group trainings the certificate will be framed and issued on the day of completion if the student has shown a high skill level. Certificates will feature the International Lash Masters logo of accreditation.

CAN I DO THE COURSE FROM ANYWHERE?

Yes, our online course can be done from anywhere in the world. We have students worldwide currently completing our online lash course. In this in person group training you will be given access to this course for free to help you practice and perfect your skill in your own time.  You can study from the comfort of your home and at your own pace on any device you wish.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON’T LIKE THE COURSE?

We are sure you will love it, but just in case, no, Giali Lashes Pty Ltd will not refund any course purchased on our website as all course information can be printed and used after assessing the course. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Unlike other lash academies, we offer lifetime access to our online course. We understand that different lifestyles and circumstances need more time to complete courses and complete them successfully without pressure to finish by a deadline. You can complete our online course from the comfort of your own home and at your own pace, working around family, kids, school, university, you name it.

WILL I GET A KIT WITH MY COURSE?

(Subject to change) kits are not included in your course unless stated as part of a promotion. Kits will need to be purchased separately unless it is said that one is included. 

Will I learn hybrid lashes?
Our Volume course covers hybrid lashes while demonstrating the ins and outs of completing the perfect set.

Do the courses have an expiration date?
Not at all. Our courses are completely at your own pace. 

What if I want a class after I have purchased the at-home kit?
If you decide that you would like to purchase a class after enrolling into our course, students are eligible to purchase a class for an additional $500 per class. Students will receive some additional supplies and a framed certificate on the day (if they have completed a full set on a live model).

Our classes run for approximately 7 hours each class at our Epping Victoria 3076 Headquarters.

How do I access ongoing support and student support group?
Ongoing support is free of charge and you can contact Amanda anytime and she gives you her personal number and is reachable all the time for you to ask any questions. She will help you in all your lash and business related queries. 

Do you recommend an in-person class or the online lash courses. 

Do students receive a discount on Giali Lashes products?
Yes they do. All students receive a special discount code that they can use to review 20% off for life on products and exclusive offers every time.

How many lash sets do I need to complete to gain my certification? How do I get my certificate? 
Students who attend a class will receive their certificate(s) on the day once completing a set on a mannequin and a model. Your sets must be at an acceptable level.

Online lash course students need to complete 6 case studies and submit video evidence of their lash application.

Online lash students may purchase in person assessment for an additional fee and they receive their certificate on that day they will be required to complete two full sets on two models in one day. They will no longer need to submit 6 case studies  

Can I pay off the course in instalments? 
Giali Lashes currently offers Afterpay & Zippay on all lash courses, classes, training and lash supplies. You can contact us if you need to do split payments of transfers and Afterpay or zippay. 

Is there an age restriction?
We don’t have an age restriction. There is no legal requirements for lash artists to be a specific age. We require all students under the age of 18 to have parental consent to enrol and complete the course. After certification, you will be able to work for someone (depending on age), however, won't be able to register a business until 18 years of age.

Please choose carefully as manuals and kits can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged one purchased. Accidental Purchases If you accidently place an order or product, Giali Lashes Pty Ltd are not required to provide a refund or replacement of the correct item once it has been shipped. If you place an order and would like to cancel, you may do so within 1 hour of ordering IF it has not already been dispatched, a refund can be arranged with a deduction of $9.99 for admin and payment fees from the total order. The Item Does Not Match The Description We work hard to present the products on our websites as accurately as possible. As much as we try to avoid it, on some occasions the information on our website may contain inaccuracies and inconsistencies. If an item/s is substantially different from the description that you would not have purchased it, you are entitled to a refund including the cost of shipping. This does not include slight colour variations that may be present in certain products. YOU’VE BEEN SENT INCORRECT ITEMS If Giali Lashes Pty Ltd sends you the incorrect lash tray we will replace the item/s with the correct ordered item, if it is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note. You may be required to send the stock back, if so, Giali Lashes Pty Ltd will pay for the cost of shipping and provide you with a return label. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all return shipping costs. Giali Lashes Pty Ltd do not give store credit or refunds for original shipping charges under no circumstances. ADHESIVES, PRIMERS, BONDERS, LASH BATHS, TWEEZER CLEANSER AND REMOVERS: We do not carry any responsibility for adhesives losing their quality due to hot weather or due to delays in postage times. We are not responsible for 'bad retention' with adhesives, as we have hundreds of positive retention cases from happy customers. There are many factors which can affect an adhesives performance. Please reach out if you are having difficulties with retention, we are happy to help our customers. Our adhesives and liquids are produced fresh and are restocked every 3-4 weeks to guarantee freshness. Our adhesives are stored at an optimal temperature within our warehouse in a dedicated adhesive fridge to ensure quality is maintained.
Due to Covid-19 there may be further delays due to freight backlog which is out of our control. We are trying our best to make sure you receive your goods on time. We HIGHLY recommend selecting express shipping delivery for domestic and international orders.
